About Kelvcoop
Kelvcoop（科旅共创）is a Guangdong-based manufacturer specializing in compressor car fridges and portable refrigerators for vehicle and household use.
Our manufacturing operations are located in Zhongshan and Ronggui, Shunde, Foshan—two established manufacturing areas in southern China with mature industrial and component supply chains.
We serve distributors, importers, wholesalers, private-label brands and project buyers in international markets. Our role is not limited to producing a presentable sample. We help customers build product lines that can be manufactured consistently, replenished over time, shipped safely and supported in their local markets.
Depending on the model and power configuration, our refrigerators can operate from DC 12/24 V vehicle power and AC 110-240 V mains power through a compatible adapter. This allows the same product to be used in cars, trucks, RVs and boats, as well as in homes, offices, workshops, hotels and other fixed locations.
For us, a good portable refrigerator must do more than look attractive. It must cool reliably, maintain a stable internal temperature, withstand regular movement and remain practical for the people who sell, use and service it.

Travel Science
Travel Science is the product brand of Kelvcoop and the engineering philosophy behind our portable refrigeration products. The name reflects “科旅,” the first two characters of our Chinese company name.
“Travel” represents more than holidays or recreational trips.
It includes all situations in which refrigeration needs to move with people, vehicles or equipment, as well as the fixed locations where the same product may later be used. These scenarios include daily driving, camping, overlanding, work fleets, mobile workstations, field projects, roadside operations, homes, offices and workshops.
“Science” represents our system-level approach to refrigeration engineering.
A portable refrigerator is not simply a cabinet fitted with a compressor. Its actual performance depends on how the complete system works together:
- compressor selection and calibration;
- condenser layout and heat dissipation;
- evaporator coverage;
- insulation density and foaming quality;
- internal airflow and chamber structure;
- DC and AC power management;
- control logic;
- cabinet strength and sealing.
Each part affects cooling speed, energy consumption, temperature stability, noise, durability and production consistency.
This is why we evaluate the complete refrigeration system rather than relying only on individual component specifications. For products designed for low-temperature operation, we pay attention to the measured temperature inside the storage chamber—not only the number shown on the display.

Kelvcoop focuses on compressor-driven portable refrigeration under the Travel Science brand.

Depending on the product platform, these refrigerators can be used in cars, trucks, RVs, boats, campsites, homes, offices, workshops, mobile work environments and temporary accommodation.

Refrigeration Engineering
Our strength is not based on a single component or specification.
The real performance of a portable refrigerator comes from the way the entire cooling system is matched and calibrated. Compressor performance must work together with condenser capacity, evaporator coverage, insulation, airflow, cabinet structure, power supply and control logic.
A change in cabinet volume, internal structure, ambient temperature or power source can affect cooling speed, energy consumption and temperature stability. Products used in vehicles must also cope with vibration, changing voltage and repeated movement. Products used at home or in other fixed locations must remain efficient, quiet and easy to operate over longer periods.
Our development work therefore considers both mobile and stationary use.
The objective is not only to achieve a target temperature during testing. It is to maintain reliable cooling performance across different operating conditions and repeated production batches.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing Capability
Our production network operates across Zhongshan and Ronggui, Shunde.
Typical daily output for established product series is approximately 300–400 units.
New product series and early-stage production generally operate at approximately 150–200 units per day, allowing more time for testing, calibration and a controlled production ramp-up.
Actual output depends on the model, product configuration, order mix, testing requirements and production schedule.
Our attention extends beyond the first sample and first shipment. We focus on the details that affect long-term supply:
- structural integrity;
- cooling consistency;
- temperature stability;
- batch uniformity;
- packaging durability;
- component availability;
- spare-parts planning;
- serviceability;
- after-sales readiness.
These details have a direct impact on distributors and brand owners.
